 MOBILITY:  10 minutes of Dynamic Stretches as a group

WARM UP:  1 mile jog as a group

WOD:  in 4 min 
row 500 m
10 KB Snatch (5 ea arm) 35/26
with remaining time do as many KB swings as possible

4 rounds with 1 min rest between
score is total KB swings

CASH OUT:  Practice Thrusters (with light weight) and Chest to Bar Pullups :)
