IN CASE OF SNOW

Indoor/Outdoor
15 push ups
15 sit ups
15 squats
Run/Jog around the block (yes, in the snow)
3 Rounds for time


Outdoor
50 Burpee-Snow angels for Time (video of a burpee at end of post for you new combers)
Perform a burpee, when chest and hips hit the deck
Roll to your back and make a snow angel
Flip to front, push-up to jump and clap!

Outdoor
20 minute of Sled Push Repeats
Mark a distance of approx 100’
load child or adult on sled (test creativity)
Push sled and rest 1:1 (Rest equals work time)
(if it takes 30 seconds to complete distance/ rest 30 seconds before repeat)
Post # of rounds and load to blog.

Team Snowman Build
for Total Height and Girth
Take height Measurement from the ground.
Take girth Measurement at widest point
