Crossfit Family...as was announced in classes Friday, you will see some minor tweaks to class structure beginning immediately.
Our desire is to give every athlete the absolute most for the hour they
are at Crossfit...so with that in mind...each class will start five
minutes after the hour and begin with the days warmup together as a
class led by the coach...this allows every athlete to get warm at the same time with intention given to that days WOD.
Next will be a skill and drill portion, also coach led which will
allow for practice of skills or lifts coming up in wods that week..this
makes it easier on the coach to correct form and give instruction to
make you better and safer :).
The WOD portion will be next followed by cashout/mobility depending on the length and difficulty of the WOD.
So...if you are running late...that's ok! Just jump in where the class is!
