       10 lunges each leg
WOD:AMRAP 16
Teams of 2
“A” rows 300 m while…
“B” does:5 toes to rings
               10 jumping squats w/45#bar
               20 double unders
As soon as “A” is done w/ row, he/she continues where “B” left off.  Score total rounds.
