No 6am class today - Breakfast at Cornerhouse


WU: 3x10
Sit up, push up, squat, pull up
Skill back squat, positioning the bar, chest up
WOD: “Don’t drop your load”
Teams of 3 (4 if needed)
100 hang power clean 95/65
100 front squat 95/65
100 push press 95/65
100 back squat 95/65
As a team complete all reps before moving on to the next set of 100. You cannot put the bar down, team mates must hold the bar off the ground during transition. 5 burpee team penalty for “dropping your load” each time
