AMMAP 40 (as many MILES or METERS as possible)
If you are physically able, your WOD is to RUN or run/walk for 40 minutes.
If you are NOT physically able to run, your WOD is to ROW 40 minutes.
YES, it is a LONG time to do ONE thing but suck it up butter cup and git-er-done. :) This will be about "mental discipline" for those who get bored easily.
Q: Can I slip some double unders in there to break it up?
A: Sure thing...AFTER you run or row for 40 minutes.
Q: But I don't LIKE to run or row that long. Can I do something else?
