The WOD for Tuesday, January 24th is....


Glen -Blow it up – AMRAP 20
 10 Knees to elbows
 10 KB swings 53/35
 1 OHS 95/65 (elite 110/77)

The Knees to elbows and KB swings stay the same for each round BUT for each new round you add an OHS.

Rd1: 10 K2E, 10 KB, 1 OHS Rd2 : 10 K2E, 10 KB, 2 OHS, 3,4,5 etc….
