Front squats (75/65)
Box step ups holding 10 lb plate overhead (ea leg) 20"/24"
Straight leg deadlifts (75/65)KB Swings (53/35)
Note: We've noticed lots of squats that could use some fine tuning so you will notice light weights today. Concentrate on perfect movement. Also note the absence of any kind of "squat" during the straight leg DL. This requires the hamstrings and glutes to work quite a bit harder and gets the quads out of the mix so to answer your question... It's probably not too light for you especially if you slow down and focus on perfect movement. Legs straight, weight in back half of foot, lumbar curve maintained, nuetral neck, should blades pinned down and back...There is A LOT going on there. That gal has great cues...worth a listen.
