Our equipment "should" be arriving Monday. If you are in the morning classes you will move to the new schedule this week which is everyone on M/W/F.
ALL CrossFitters are welcome to drop in for their own workouts (uncoached) on any Tuesday or Thursday at 5am or 6am (In January we will also offer a 7pm open gym on T/Th).
We have room in all classes for new athletes. TELL YOUR FRIENDS. All newbies start in OnRamp on Tues/Thurs 5am or 6am. When they complete OnRamp they go into which ever timeslot they wish while space lasts.
